Biao Yuen (July 26, 1957-), born Xia Lingzhen, is a Hong Kong action actor and one of the members of the Seven Little Fortunes. At the age of 7, he entered The Central Academy of Drama established by Zhanyuan to study Peking Opera and chose the stage name " Biao Yuen". He has been participating in film and television performances as a child actor since the age of 10. In the 1970s, he participated in Bruce Lee's "Fist of Fury", "Enter the Dragon", and King Hu’s "The Valiant Ones". He also appeared in Shaw Brothers’ "Moonlight Blade", "Meteor, Butterfly and a Sword", "Sword Master" and other period martial arts films. Biao Yuen often follows his senior Kam-Bo Hung and Jackie Chan in filming. In 1979, he starred in "Knockabout" directed by Kam-Bo Hung and rose to fame. He has won the Best Action Direction Award for the Hong Kong Film Awards and the Golden Horse Awards. His representative works include "Project A", "Wheels on Meals", "Twinkle, Twinkle, Lucky Stars", "Once Upon a Time in China", and so on.
